Therapeutic uses
Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Inhibitor (ACE-I), a lysine derivative of enalapril, is the third marketed sulfhydryl-free in the world. ACE-I. Long-acting, administered once a day, and the dosage is only 1/20 of captopril and 1/4 of enalapril, with better oral bioavailability. The curative effect is significant, and it is better than captopril and enalapril for moderate and severe patients. It has no direct effect on the heart, does not cause arrhythmia, has no central effect, and has no adverse reactions such as rebound in blood pressure.
