Description
HBT1 is an AMPA-R [alpha-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionic acid (AMPA) receptor] potentiator that induces production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and exhibits little agonistic effect in primary neurons.
